HI all
I posted a while ago regarding the fact that I am still waiting for my completion certificate for my IVA which ended in September 2011. My IP is RSM Tenon, who recently told me that following them re-closing cases following the VAT ruling that I should expect my certificate within around 6 wks (which would be end of October). Having heard this line before I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, yet now I read that they have sold their IVA business to Grant Thornton!
I am wondering if any experts out there could help to allay my fears and give any advice as to if this will continue to delay the closure of my IVA as I, even though my obligations have finished, am extremely keen to draw a line under this portion of my life and move on. On paper my IVA has now gone over 6 years
