I can hardly believe it but my Certificate of Completion has just arrived![:D][:D][:D]
It took me 20 minutes of looking at the envelope before I got the courage to open it. It reminded me of getting my O level results 40 years ago (showing my age I know)
Many thanks GT we got there in the end.
And great thanks to Karol for you extra help at the end.

I'm so happy and relieved it's all over.
I am home alone at the moment but just had to tell someone!

I think it took so long because of VAT issues and my previous IP, Accuma, had overpaid some of the dividends which had to be reclaimed.
The VAT issue is not holding up Completions at the moment and provided you have no extra complications you should be ok.

Meanwhile I have the biggest smile!

Same timescale as me - December to September and same IP, too!

Many congrats!!! Go check the insolvenccy register as soon as you can as I was off the day after I got the completion letter.

Great :-):-):-):-). I cant wait till I'm in the same boat. My previous IP was Accuma as well. I think I will have to be realistic 9mths Is roughly what it will take then.

How did you find GT with comms? Did they keep you in the loop or did you need to keep calling them?

I had no real problems contacting GT either by phone or email.
I think most of the problems slowing down my closure were out of their hands.

Thanks for the congratulations it's great to share the news.
I hope everyone else gets to the end if their IVAs OK and them their completion swiftly.
I recall the dark days and can only marvel at the way I feel now.

I'm hopeful that mine might materialise soon. Same situation, was with Accuma, duplicate claim/overpayment to one creditor.

Was told 4-6 weeks at the end of August, then Karol advised me 7-10 days in early September, but then told 4-6 weeks again and should expect paperwork end Sept/early Oct.

Why do I suspect that it will be another month?

GT's communication is diabolical, one hand doesn't know what the other's doing.

IVANotOverYet we do seem have followed the same journey with this.
Only last week I was told it would be a 'few weeks' yet it turned up today.
Don't give up hope it can't be far off now.
