Hi there

I seem to be having a problem with one entry on my credit report from experian.

An original debt from Clydesdale Finance that was included in my IVA is showing as settled back in 2007, but this debt was brought by max recovery.
Am I wrong to expect this to come off my report as was part of my IVA?

Anyone else had this kind of problem?

No, it should be a green settled though with Clydesdale. Max Recovery should then come along and put the default. The default date should reflect the start date of your IVA.
