Our IVA finished November 2011 and we still havent recieved our certificate to say we have finished it the company that are dealing with it say they are chasing PPI on all the accounts but reasonably how long does this take

The reasonable test went out of the window a long time ago. Some firms are simply not coping with the administrative burden placed upon them with PPI and VAT issues.
