Hello everyone, i'm just curious to know if anyone has had any dialogue with Payplan in recent months re their closures backlog? Has anyone actually received a certificate in July or August? Does anyone have a sense as to whether they are getting on top of things or not? Many Thanks.

I finished my IVA early April. I have spoken to Payplan a couple of times, firstly I was told 3 months for closure, then another 3 and now its that they can't give me a date. Having said that after speaking with my case officer I have got a letter stating that I have made all my payments so at least I have that. I can honestly say that I have never had troule contacting anyone at Payplan. Think its just a waiting game.

Not had anything to do with closures yet but my case officer always gets back to me fairly quickly.
