Hi my husband sent Karol and our own IP an email last night, just want to get a clear date for our clousure.
We had the F&F on the 4th April this year.
It went smoothly, just want to know why it is going to take 6 months to get CC, we have had no miss sold PPI and am still waiting over a month for them to send the form for us to sign to confirm this.
I have to say we have never had anything to complain about while on the IVA, but getting clousure is be coming a nightmare.
I know we are not alone in having to wait, and many have been waiting a lot longer just want to be told truly why this is happening.

Hopefully this can happen for you much quicker than in 6 months time. It really should not take that long to close a case once all outstanding matters have been dealt with.

Thank you Karol the closure team as emailed my husband and Laura as said she has put priority on the notes.
Like everyone just want closure and get on with the rest of our lives.
