Hi and welcome to the forum. Do you know which company your IP worked for? Maybe they can help. Old bank statements must show the payment to your IP? x

Hi
If its still showing on your credit files it'll have the Court and the Court Reference number - track it through that . It should drop off at the six year after judgement date regardless of whether its marked satisfied or not.

The easiest route would be to try and remember the IP's details. I doubt that the Courts will be much help if you cannot provide a reference number.

If its still on your credit file it will show the Court and the reference number. If its not showing its past the six year point and is no longer in the public domain

Hi Mark and welcome to the forum, surely if you completed in 2006, your credit file is clear now? Maybe write to the ocmpany who dealt with your IVA. Good luck hope you get somewhere. x
