Have recently completed my IVA, checked my credit files, and I have 3 creditors with incorrect default dates. Could someone please help or advise me on finding the addresses? Is it simply a case or writing to 'The data controller' at each company? Companies I'm interested in are T-Mobile, Hutchinson 3g and Welcome Finance. Many thanks!

Well done on finishing your IVA ...the data controller s the right route to go...addresses an be found on your credit reports...experian list them at the front of your credit report.

Have you had your completion letter yet? If not then you'll need to hang on until you do and then send a copy of it to the data controllers and tell them to remove any defaults after the date of IVA acceptance.

You need to find the addresses from the link provided by nepensioner as they aren't always the same as the address for customer services.
