You could try her firstname.surname@debtfreedirect.co.uk .....this appears to be the normal set up of their email addresses !

It will be as Luluj has suggested but it is @fairpoint.co.uk and not debtfree etc they have changed it, good luck. xxx

I've just had an email from DFD and the email was first initial surname@fairpoint.co.uk so it should be emccinon@fairpoint.co.uk.

Thank you everyone. To be honest I don't use this site as much as I should. I am due to finish my IVA and only have 5 more monthly payments to go, I have only heard from DFD once this year and that was to ask for mortgage statement, I sent it them and have not heard anything since! Is this normal, I do not have any idea what is happening with the end of my debt as there will still be around £4,000 left ?

Thank you Liz. I cannot believe I am nearly at the end, it seems such a long time ago I started it.

Anyone that posts on the forum albeit asking for advice or giving advice deserves gold. To make that first post is a huge milestone and I don't have all the answers in fact I have very few but I would like to think I can reassure someone until expert help comes along without being judgemental.

Hi and welcome SDS44, i sent in my mortgage details in september of last year and got a reply early in January of this year, i think what you will be told if what i was told by DFD when i enquired is that they are prioritising those that are very close to closure, how close is anyone's guess hopefully you will hear something within the next few weeks, good luck and fingers crossed. x
