im currently 3 months into a 60 month iva and wondering if i can become a company director for a social enterprise company? most probably a community interest company. am i allowed to do this?

You would need to check the articles of association for the company and almost certainly declare the IVA to the other directors. Hopefully the IVA does not cause a problem.
