I HAVE RECEIVED A DIVIDEND SHARE PAYMENT IN MY WAGES £200 DOES THIS FALL UNDER THE £500 WINDFALL CLAUSE BECAUSE IT IS NOT MONEY EARNED THROUGH OVERTIME.BEEN TOLD TO HAND OVER HALF IS THIS RIGHT ?

I believe it would fall under the same clause as overtime, therefore paying 1/2 would be correct.

Ohh its not a problem Jane, putting 'duplicate post' just lets people know the conversation will be else where, otherwise it becomes 2 conversations about the same thing where as havign everything in one is much more beficial!
