HI I RECIEVED £200 DIVIDEND PAYMENT IN WAGE THIS IS NOT MONEY I HAVE EARNED BY OVERTIME.DOES THIS FALL UNDER THE £500 WINDFALL CLAUSE BEEN TOLD TO HAND OVER HALF IS THIS RIGHT ?PLEASE HELP[?]

Hi Jane
You would have to pay 50% of bonuses and overtime so this could be classed as a bonus. As Harpic has mentioned, talk to your IP and they will confirm.

You need to check the terms of your IVA. Your shareholding must have been excluded from the IVA and any dividend payments addressed. Only your own IP will know how this was done.
