yes Andy,kallis was a rock in this forum,she certainly mothered this website and no one else here had her tactful overwelming opaque presence.It wasnt that she was an expert on iva issues but as a forum moderator/mentor had an all round role in advising and policing the site. She came over as very mature,and switched on and sometime I felt she was very much an agony aunt ,very protective in her approach and as she was a former police officer she was not brittle but a person with substance.
Strange that I have not posted here much since she went quiet........I didnt agree with her alot..an irony..mightly strange I am writing this post
Big shoes fill....who ever......as forum moderator is as skilled as a news anchor or facilitator in commentary and Kallis was the best I have heard here.

The forum will be a different place without Jan. Very dissappointing to read she won't be back - her knowledge and compassion will be a big loss.
And yes - she did keep us all in line. Like a mummy duck with lots of squabbling ducklings

Andy refers to Kallis3 'no longer posting' and has thanked Jan for all her hard work over the years.
The implication is there...maybe ive jumped the gun (wouldn't be the first time!).

Let's just hope that Jan/Kallis3 will be back posting soon. Can't wait to meet up with her next week. Sorry BOL didn't mean to rub that in, I know you are disppointed at not being able to make it.
