I received a bizarre email from my IP today which has left me confused.I was asked to send quite a lot of documents which I did.The final update in my circumstances is I finally have a tenant moving in to my property in august.This will bring an extra income of 695 pounds a month.I wrote a letter to inform them of the change last week.The IP sent a recent email advicing me to sell my home.I am currently renting as my home is not close to my new job.This was following a quote on my property by estate agents.I have informed him that I would rather remortgage,instead of losing my home.I was not sure if he read my letter about my tenant or not,I am getting quite frustrated with the whole process.I thought things were going to get better.Can someone please advice me on what to do?

I would definitely go to your IP direct for clarification and to make sure they understand the situation. I'm not sure whether they can ask you to sell...hopefully a pro will be along to advise. x
