Hi I completed my IVA in March what happens now. I have checked my Credit files with Experian and Equifax and there are still defaults showing on my record how do I rectify this?

You will need your completion letter firstly and then send a letter and copies of your completion letter to the data controller for any creditors that have defaulted you since IVA accpentance and tell them to remove those defaults.
