Cant believe my luck lately 2 weeks ago my handbrake cable snapped which cost me £65 and today my clutch as gone which will cost me £260 cant believe it, going to make me well short of money this month now

Sorry to hear about your car problems - you could consider contacting your IP to see if they will allow you a payment break to get the car sorted?

Cars are a nightmare for breaking when you can least manage it. Hope you get sorted out - may be with a payment break and things get better for you.

Hi ive managed to get 1 month of on this months payment which is a massive help, so thankyou McCambridge Duffy !

That is good news that you have a payment break.
To others reading and having similar problems don't be afraid to contact your IP and ask for help
The five/six years will seldom run smoothly

Steve - I'm so pleased you have managed to get a payment break.
Many people come here and post that they are scared to speak to their IP's. Hopefully posts like these show that IP's in the main will always try to help IVA'ers to maintain their agreements by allowing breaks where necessary.
