been trying for most of the day to get through and get cutoff after ten minutes of waiting this happened 5 times today. my iva finished in april but ppi claims are slowing things down regarding getting my completion certificate. I managed to get through to someone and I asked if i could have my ip's email address but I got told i cant speak to my IP directly surely this is not fair after paying them money for 6 years! Declan if you could help me I would be very grateful

Know the feeling have been trying to get hold of them myself today and sure enough, cut off after approx 10 minutes of waiting. Declan i have taken the liberty of emailing you also, many thanks xxx

hi you have down the right thing in e mailing declan at dfd . i had the same problem as you and he helped me and my queries were answered . give him time to get hold of the people he needs to reply . he arranged for for an adviser to contact me . which was great [:)][:)][:)][:)]

Its a shame you have to go through this just to speak to the right persona but I am sure declan will get on the case and hopefully with the internal feedback they will address this service issue.

It is indeed, he had answered my email at 8:45 this morning so how is that for service. Will await the answer to my query which involved that dreaded company EIF once again!!!

A few years ago it used to be very easy to get hold of DFD not sure what the problem is these days cost me £12 yesterday in phone calls and not got any answers. just glad my IVA is nearly over. DFD needs a few more people like declan
