Proposal arrived yesterday, some heavy reading over the next couple of days and then some re reading too.

Well done on getting this far.... make you sure you fully understand your proposal and highlight anything you are not sure of, then you can ask for clarification before signing and sending back.

Make sure. You read it two or three times and if you are unsure on anything ask.
This has to be right for you and the budget set needs to be realistic and not stretch you to the point of not coping.
Any issues ring your IP to clarify - please don't just sign it

As the others have said please make sure that you fully understand the proposal as it is far easier to make any changes now. Good luck x
