I'm just wondering if grant thornton ever actually read and respond to emails sent to them, and also do they listen when people say to them I am not available until after 5.30 pm and not on my mobile during office hours. I sent them an email yesterday after they had yet again rang my mobile while I was at work and also immediately after being told by my sister who answered the landline to try me after 5.30 and to NOT ring my mobile, well I got in trouble at work again. Low and behold they have just rang me again today and it is NOT after 5.30 I am getting really annoyed now.
Rant over [:)]

I had a query and i emailed them this morning. Literally within an hour i had a reply...Ive always found them pretty good to be honest.
If you email them put the subject line as IVA forum - i do..

Geoff

I would agree with Geoff. Not so sure though. I did email Fri & got a reply very quickly. An update was expected early this week but havn't heard anything. I emailed Karol again this morning. Still waiting for a reply. I hate to be a pest as I never make a fuss. So I'm just hoping that I receive my update soon. I do appreciate they are busy though.

Hopefully Karol will contact you soon via email and no other calls during work times are received. x

I think that their offices close at 5pm, so perhaps it is difficult for them to get anyone to call you after 5.30. Could you not arrange a call during your lunch hour, when you could perhaps pop away from your working arena?
