Mortgages - Hi we are currently with NRAM which means that we cannot do anything with our mortgage after the fixed payment ended as they don't do any new lending. We finished our IVA last year and the six years are up in May 2013 but we want to change mortgage companies asap. We are looking for a 80% mortgage at between 4 - 4.5% fixed deal. Anyone know of any companies that might take this on?
