Hi All,

I have a query around my settled IVA.

I have checked my Equilfax report and in there it states the below

Court Date: 30/11/2007
Date Satisfied: 01/03/2010

What I am wondering is I know it takes 6 years for the IVA to fully clear but I am confused as to which one I start the 6 Years from above.

Also on my Credit Expert report it mentions nothing anywhere about my IVA and am wondering should I be worried about this?

It is 6 years from the date that the IVA was agreed at the creditors meeting (which I presume is the same as the court date), therefore it should fall of your credit record in 2013.

I wouldn't worry about Credit Expert not showing your IVA. My IVA never appeared on any of my credit files, just my husbands, we had a inter-locking IVA. Also the Insolvency register had me down as the wrong house number, so I guess it couldn't be corroborated with my proper address.

6 years from acceptance date is correct. Hope that answers your question and anymore information/advice required please don't hesitate to post. x
