I know I have asked about these reports before but just want to clarify something if someone has managed to sort out their report from noddle.
When I go on to view my report and go in the closed accounts section it shows that all status on the accounts are either settled or satisfied, great so far, but when I click on the + sign at the side of the account and look at the status history underneath it shows a red circle with DF (default) after my IVA start date and some of them even after my IVA finish date, will these stay on until the 6 years from the IVA start or are these wrong and should not be shown.
I'd like to know from anyone who has sorted out their Noddle report as to whether these are still showing on theirs as I thought no defaults would show up anywhere after the IVA start date, a couple of months even show arrears.
I have been in touch with the data protection officers of the accounts in question and sent them the completion certificate and still awaitng a response but want to know in advance if these marks should or shouldn't be there so I can take matters further if the records remain uncorrected.
