Hi awaiting completion certificate and my partner is self employed and has to do his tax return if he was to get a rebate of any sort would it still have to be paid into iva ?

Hi Parjay,
I think as you did a full and final it may not have to be paid over as the creditors have agreed to a set amount to close the IVA, however I stand to be corrected!
Hopefully your completion letter will be through shortly. Why not drop McCambridge Duffy an email to ask them how long it will take?
By the time HMRC have got through the tax returns it may all be done and dusted and then you can take the money to Disney!!

Hi Kazza thanks for reply hope you are well have emailed Roisin last nite and first thing this morning a reply they were waiting for HMRC fantastic service again from MD [:)]

Not too bad Parjay - the rain we are having this week has set my fibromyalgia off but it helps not having to go to work now.
Hope you can keep any rebate. Let us know when you get your completion letter.
