I have just finished paying my IVA, however when the last payment was taken, they stated that I have excess charges. I would appreciate knowing what these could be.

No idea on this - I think you need to speak to your IP company and ask what they are.

Did they mention anything else that might give us a clue what these are?

It might be best to ask your IP to clarify how the charges were accrued and how much they are. I haven't heard of this before.
