				Hi Robson,
Nram were my largest creditor with majority vote.
We had our meeting 27/02/12 and they only asked for a small modification of an extra £12 to be added onto our monthly payment.
Other than that, and the 12 month extension as we have no equity at present, they were fine. Grant Thornton voted on their behalf and was approved within 5 minutes .

I haven't heard much about them lately which suggests they aren't causing problems!! Trust your IP to have written a persuasive proposal!! x

From what I have seen NRAM seem to be a lot more amenable to IVA's now, a few years ago I think they were very against them, would always refuse to accept, but now they tend to accept them, but usually ask for more modifications and an extra year

I can't speak for other IPs but I know Melanie doesn't seem to have a problem getting IVAs accepted with NRAM as majority creditor - I am sure you will be fine.
Good luck for the 12th.
