4 week ago i received a letter stating i was entitled to £1200 refund on ppi insurance. My final payment to DFD was in August last year. I am still awaiting for my certificate. After going round in circles with DFD I managed to receive a response which was We are currently trying to claim mis-sold PPI for the benefit of creditors and to increase the dividend amount that was initially agreed. Okay I don't have a problem with that I understand the reasons why. May it be known though at no point have I signed any forms regarding DFD claiming PPI back. Last week I received a telephonne call from DFD asking if I had received any funding back and if so could I forward it to them.Well no I haven't because the bank stated in the letter they were awaiting a response from DFD to see where to transfer the funds to either DFD or myself. The response from DFD then was well we haven't applied for PPI on your behalf and I will get back to you today. That was last week and I haven't received a reply from DFD. So I phoned the bank guess what they haven't even had the decency to get in touch with the bank. So a message to DFD get your act together the money is there if you don't want to give it to my creditors fine I would welcome it gladly. rant over

If you could drop me an email with your details i will get working on this straight away.

Declan - you have been very quiet on the forum of late. It wouldn't have anything to do with a certain rugby result by chance!!!!

Hi Mel / Liz
I have indeed been quiet but January is usually a hectic month over here! Ooh Mel, you had to mention it! I was hoping that would have quietly slipped under the radar! On a more serious note, I think you guys have a good chance of winning it now, bit of a shaky start in Dublin but looking good now!

Kaz, back to your posting, I have raised this internally, so you should be receiving a call from one of my colleagues today this finally put some closure on this.

Thanks
