Ive sent 3 emails to my IP and i dont know what to do, do i go ahead and get my MOT done and start buying our baby stuff as we have nothing

Hi i spoke to you last week about a payment from my previous employer about a pension payment and explained that we need to keep as much of it as we can as ive got my car tax due in March and my Mot in February. Also we are expecting a baby in May as you know and we have nothing at all we need to get a pram, cot, moses basket, bottles, baby food, nappies and other things as well, We Are feeling a bit stressful as the moment but the person i spoke to last week said if i sent an email with reasons we could keep most of it. I will be recieving a payment of £830 tommorow and was wondering due to what is coming up can we keep £600 and pay the other £230 to the Iva. I hope you can understand my concerns but we have a big few months coming up on our financies. Can u email me back asap and i can forward a cheque or make a payment over the phone to you. Also did you recieve my I and E and wage slip as you can see i am £50 a month better off but as its further i need an extra £30 a month for fuel

Would i be in breach if i went ahead and got stuff or do i need the ok, what happens if the IVA take all of it how can i explain to my wife that we have nothing to provide for our baby which is only 14 weeks to go[:(]

Hi Steve, why not give them a ring tomorrow and ask to speak to your IP direct. Are you emailing your IP or a member of the team? I can imagine that you are feeling frustrated with no reply but try them again. x

Try emailing your IP direct if the staff are not getting back to you

I think that you should call and let them know that this is stressful for you and your partner (who is pregnant) and that you would appreciate a swift conclusion to your question. You deserve an answer after waiting for so long.
