Emailed my case officer about a number of things this week but one they are struggling with thought I'd ask on here!!
Next debt £650 in the IVA this debt was passed to a solicitors prior to IVA & CCJ recorded on my file. Solicitors tried to Gain further payments post starting IVA & thankfully eventually after threatening court payplan reminded them of the insolvency act & all process stopped. CCJ is for £815 on my file. Now next state they have not and not have a CCJ against me and my confirmed debt with them is £650 - they re-confirmed that this week to payplan.
So is this going to cause any problems with my IVA?
How do I find out who has the debt as next say they do but there is a CCJ they know nothing about?
Incidently payplan helped me complete court forms but didn't copy them?
Sorry for long post but I'm so confused!!

Payplan have spoken to next who are adamant they have not got a CCJ against me & have not sold the debt yet! Where does this leave me? I'm hoping one of the forum experts may be able to help?

Langer you have posted the same thing twice, does the CCJ not state who the originating creditor is who has raised it against you, plus if you got court paperwork advising you a creditor was going to court surely it would say who the company was who was doing it to you?

Daveyboi I haven't any of the paperwork - you learn from your mistakes! Will I or IP have to get a copy from the court?

I would suggest gettinga copy of the court paperwork or signing up to a free trial with a credit reference agency or paying £2 for your statutory report CCJ's will be listed on there and their amount and will probably show who it's for as well. I haven't got any so not sure how it appears on your credit file.

You can search the register - however its cost money
http://www.trustonline.org.uk/search-yourself
However regards whether an CCJ has been registered the IVA with prevent action on the CCJ (it does not cancel it out though.
Also check direct gov website
Best thing is get your IVA company/IP to do the work for you
