Hi My boss has said this morning that instead of a pay rise I am getting double salary this month, so in effect a £92 per month pay rise. Where do I stand with this?

Hi Alys,
I think you will be ok if you have the 10% plus 50/50 but speak to your IP to clarify the matter.

I would check with the IP,as it may look like a chunk of overtime pay and be treated as such.

Bonus....pay rise? Whats this all about?
My Boss and the Directors don't even say Merry Xmas never mind even consider a bonus, pay rise or even Xmas Card:(
