Do you contest this new debt or accept it exists? If you accept it and it is Pre-iva you need to get it included. In the meantime, tell them to check out the insolvency register as your name will be on there along with all your details. You could also send them the iva acceptance letter.

Hi Anyen,

This does sometimes happen but is nothing to worry about. You are totally protected by your IVA. You could write to them yourself enclosing a copy of your chairmans report but I'm sure that GT will sort it for you.

Good morning Anyen,

Thank you for your post above.

I would appreciate it if you could contact me by email to ivacustomerservices@uk.gt.com and put the words "IVA Forum" in the subject line. Alternatively, you can contact our Customer Service Team on 0844 855 2166.

If you can provide me with all of the relevant details I will look into the matter for you. If the debt existed prior to the approval of your IVA, it will be bound by it albeit it may trigger the need to convene a meeting of creditors if it substantially increases your overall level of debt.

Try not to worry about this and I look forward to hearing from you.

Kind regards

Karol

Hi Anyen I too would be worried, when you refer to leg breakers that worries me I'm not sure if I am misunderstanding this though? Get that email to G Thornton urgently and let us know how you get on. Hugs
Oscar
