Just been Reading through my chairpersons report and there is no mention of one of my creditors which was included and signed for in my proposal. The debt is for £96 which is considerably less than my other loans and cards but does this mean I don't have it covered by my iva even though it was in at the original proposal stage?

blue eyes - all the creditors would be bound by the IVA - the fact it is in your proposals.
If you still concerned - mention it to your IVA company/IP

Ginger is correct, it's covered by your IVA. It may just be an oversight so just mention it to your IP.

2 of my creditors were not mentioned. They happen to not have voted as well. I wonder whether the 2 are connected?

Thinking about it, if they didn't vote then they won't be mentioned on the report. It's only the ones that voted who are in the chairmans report.

Only the ones that vote are named in your Chairmans report - those that do not vote are still bound by your IVA and are listed in your proposal documents ! don't panic you are covered !
