You will need to work with your IP in order to see if there is a solution. A breach doesn't necessarily mean a fail if a solution can be arranged.

Welcome to the forum. Work with your IP to eastablish what can be done. Was your IP aware of the house situation and the likelihood of it being repossessed - if so there may have been provision in your proposal documents to accomodate what happens - depending on when your IVA started and how long left etc, you may find considering bankruptcy is an option for you ----- come what may your IP and you need to work together on this.

Glassman49 I'm sorry about the situation you find yourself in and hope your IP can help you. If you say which company you are with they may have a representative on this forum who can advise you by email?

Hi Glassman & welcome to the forum from me.
Your IP needs to be the first point of call with what happens next, but a breach does not mean to say its over & your back to spuare one. Please get intouch with your IP to put your mind at rest & to see what happens next.
Good Luck & please let us know how you get on x

Hi Glassman,
Have you spoken to DFD yet? You really need to speak to your IP.

spoke to dfd 3 times last week.the first time was to ask them what was happening about the letters i had forwarded to them in july of this year regarding the repossion short fall on our property and the repayment demand we had received from our second charge lender(picture finance)it was after the first phone call i got an email informing me of the breach notice.the second phone call was to ask them about the reasons for the breach and what will happen next.and the third call was to ask to be kept informed in detail

We do have a poster from there on here - Declan. He's not been around for a while but his contact details can be found under the 'Ask a Question' link on the left hand side of the page.
Send him an email with your details and I'm sure he will be able to help.

Declan is definately the man to contact.... will try and keep this bumped up for his attention... is it possible one of the Adminstrators can add Declan's name to the post title... it will make it easier for him to pick up on then. Not sure if this is allowed or not.
