Ahhh aint they nice !!
Was ill and in hospital about a year ago and tried to claim on my barclaycard insurance. They said no as i am self employed and they couldnt help me.
So now i tell them about going for iva etc due to illness i had and today i get letter saying 'they appreciate this may be a difficult time for me due to illness and send doctors notes in envelope they supplied '.
Too late now.....letters filed in bin !!
