I AM JUST ABOUT TO START THE 4TH YEAR OF MY IVA AND MY PARTNER HAS OFFERED TO CLEAR MY DEBT FOR ME BY OFFERING A FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT FIGURE. I HAVE CALLED MY IVA PROVIDERS TO FIND OUT THE PROCCEDURE, WHICH THEY WENT THROUGH WITH ME.MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IF I WAS TO CONTINUE WITH MY IVA IS £5775.00 - MY QUESTION IS - WHAT WOULD BE A REASONABLE AMOUNT TO OFFER TO GET AN AGREEMENT TO CONCLUDE MY IVA? - IHAVE NO IDEA AND MY IVA PROVIDERS SAY THAT THEY CAN'T GIVE ME ANY GUIDELINES AND I WAS WONDERING IF ANYONE COULD GIVE ME EVEN A ROUGH IDEA

Hi, you should offer as close to the original dividend as possible . Make sure that your ip knows that this money is only available for this purpose.

You will also need to explain why it is that your want the IVA finished early - has their been a change in your circumstances ? are you able to continue with your payments financially ? etc and as Kallis says make sure they know the money is only available if the F&F offer is accepted!
Personally I would look to offer £5000 as a starting point.
Good luck !
