Help please
Can any of the IP/Experts advise what are the contents of a Completion Certificate.
I sent letters regarding IVA Completion to two Credit Reference Agencies who advise that the correspondence is not actually a Completion Certificate and request that I submit the Actual Certificate of Completion, hence my request.

You will get a letter from your IP confirming that you have completed your IVA.
They will confirm with the Insolvency Register that you have finished. As regards the rest, it is up to you to advise creditors that you have finished if you have defaults registered after the date of IVA acceptance.
The CRA won't alter your record.

Letters from the IP office addressed to All Creditors advsiing them that he has issued a certificate of completion and enclose a statement summarising the outcome of the arrangement.
Also advising that this represents his final report pursuant to Rule 5.34 of the Insolvency Rules of 1986 and notifying them that he has now vacated office is this matter.
Unfortunately on further scrutiny of the Notice of Full Implementation, I notice that Case no. with the Royal Courts of Justice is incorrect.
Does this mean that I will be on the Insolvency Register forever?
I understand that the CRAgencies can amend their records providing you submit a copy of the actual completion certificate.
