Can you end an IVA early, by a lump sum equal to the remaining years ?

Yes you can, in many circumstances. You need to discuss this with your IP.
In most instances your IP will need to write to your creditors to request that the IVA is finished early. However, if you are paying the full amount due and the funds are not from a windfall or inheritance then depending on your proposal this may not be necessary.
