Hi,

I was just wandering how long is it before you come to end of your IVA that the IP gets in touch? Do they advise you of what will happen in the last month before the last payment, or do you make the final payment and then just wait to hear from them?

In my practice we always contact clients during the final year to let them know if they are on target to complete their IVAs on time. This may differ in other practices, and there is no harm in you giving them a call to enquire how things stand if you are at all worried.

Thanks, i have spoken to them previously when the end was still a dream, but now it's getting closer id like to know what's going to happen. I have my six monthly review in september, so will speak to them then about it as i generally get a call every 3/4 months.

I posted about this on monday, i contacted my IP, but as yet no reply, no surprise there i guess.
