If issued, are either of these logged on the insolvency register?
After the 30 days on the NoB has passed, how long does it take for the CoT to be issued?
Thanks in advance.

No - they are a matter between you, your IP and your creditors. Once the NOB timeline has expired a meeting of creditors will be called for creditors to determine how they wish the IVA to be terminated. This should be called within 28 days of the expiry of the NOB unless the proposal dictates otherwise.

So once the CoT has been issued does the IP apply to have the record completely wiped off the register or is it admended to state that the IVA failed?

It will show as failed. Have you chosen to fail your IVA?

The register will not show that your IVA has failed. The IVA will be merely removed from the register once the IP files his notice of ceasing to act.
