Hi,
We have recently completed an IVA and hold a copy of the competition certificate.
How do we lift the restriction with the land registry, the IVA practicioner registered the case originally so will they automatically release the agreement or are we responsible ourselves for clearing this matter.

Your IP should contact the Land Registry and lift the restriction. Just check with them to make sure that they do.

The IP should do that as part of their closing procedures. Do check though as it has been known even in my firm to miss the odd one occasionally.
