Hi there - I've been waiting for a credit's meeting for a few months owing to a delay in getting settlement figures from some of my creditors.
After 2 years of being out of work since redundancy my wife has just been offered a job, quite a good one.
What I'm worried about now is that, as she's found work and our household income will go up dramatically (even after childcare) that I may be refused an IVA because of this? She should be bringing home £2,700(?) a month, childcare will be £1,500 or so.
Obviously, if the IVA is granted I understand that my payments will increase significantly now she's working.
Debts are in my name alone.
