Its just me getting nervous I guess. I originally approached Vincent Bond who then passed me to Bridgestones. They say the reason being Vincent Bond only collate the information and then pass to Bridgestones to draw up the paperwork as it is a legally binding document. I was never at any time told this by Vincent Bond. I received an email to say my paperwork had been passed to Bridgestones. My case goes before my creditors on Friday as I have said before and I can feel myself getting more and more nervous as the days go by and worrying about everything. I do not earn very much therefore my offer to them cannot be alot. Is there a minimum amount that can be offered to be paid over each month. I just feel mine is too low! Sorry, you see what I mean about going over everything in my head!! I had been calm until now.

Vincent Bond are a well respected company on the forum and would only put you in touch with a decent firm.

If Bridgestones think that your offer is good enough then that is why they have put you forward.

How much are you offering per month?

Easier said than done but try and relax Julie - VB will have done all their necessary assessment when going through everything with you. They will have confirmed the viability of the proposal put forward and then they will have instructed an insolvency firm they believed would have been best suited to your case. This IP will then have done further assesment of your case and confirmed it viable to put forward to your creditors so everyone is behind you!

Whether you went to an IP firm direct or through a firm like VB you will still have had these nerves, its all part of the process as everyone on here will tell you.

Best wishes for Friday

:-)

Sorry don't mean to sound like I am going mad at the last moment. Bridgestones have worked out that I can put forward £155. They have been very good to me so far and got the meeting arranged with the creditors very quickly so do not have any complaints. Just me being silly and worrying, last minute nerves I guess. Thank you all for your support.
Julie x

If Bridgestones are happy to put you forward then I don't think you have anything to worry about.
