Hello, I have 44 payments of £350 left of IVA. Have 25k redundancy money. Can anyone suggest a goof F&F offer to put forward, I have myself and 2 children to support.
IP said she could not comment as it would not be far for her to suggest a figure.

With redundancy you are usually allowed to retain 6 months salary to support you until new employment is found and the remaining be enetered int your IVA for the benefit of your creditors in addition to your normal monthly payments. This gives creditors a higher than expected dividend.
However, you may be able to pose a F&F offer using your redundancy by using the the following calculation
44mths x £350 = £15400. Your creditors may or may not accept this amount but it is worth a try.
