Is there a IVA ombudsman similar to the financial ombudsman
I want to report the company that is dealing with my IVA as I feel they are not acting in my best interest

You should contact the company dealing with your IVA and ask for their complaints procedure. This will lay out a process which ultimately leads to the regulatory bodies and the sanctions can be severe for IPs.
Do not go straight to the regulators without going through the company's internal complaints procedure and hopefully your issues can be resolved without much trouble.

Not sure about this, but one of the professionals will be along soon with some answers.
Take it your both having some issues with your firms, have you spoken to your IP, or office staff?

I have dealt with my supervisor, their manager, the complaints team and their manager all to no avail.
I have been informed today that my IP is going to call me this week, so hopefully they are going to sort it out for me.
fingers crossed.

An IP is required to give you a clear complaints procedure, and inform you of their regulatory body if you'd like to escalate the complaint. It's shouldn't just be a case of "someone is dealing with it"- there should be clear timescales and processes in place.
It sounds like you have every right to request a copy of the complaints procedure in writing, as you've been passed around far too much!
Regulatory bodies will expect you to try the internal complaints procedure first, as most issues can be resolved quickly that way. They are more interested in fundamentally poor processes than genuine mistakes.
The body may be different for each IP - for example, at Varden Nuttall we have two IPs licensed by the ICAEW (Phil Nuttall and Annette Reeve) and one IP licensed by the ACCA (Michael Howorth).

Hi Deon - I'm sorry you're having problems and hope the advice will help you resolve them. Have you been in your iva long? x
