Hi
Barclaycard are to become a creditor expert on this forum very shortly.
They are the first creditor to come onto the forum and must be applauded for their openness and transparency.
I hope that they will be able to look into specific cases and gives us all an insight into "the other side of the coin"
Please remember the forum etiquette
* The ethos of this forum is respect for all at all times
Let's make them feel welcomed and keep all discussions friendly and of interest to all
Regards

Whilst they were my worst nightmare, I do applaud any creditor who comes on here and welcome their views.

Good news Andy. An adult two way dialogue can only help all concerned.

Have to take my hat off to Barclaycard - for having the "bottle to agree" they hardly are renowed for their efficent or understanding customer service.

From my own experience, as my main creditor, they weren't the worst I had to deal with.

Exciting news! Totally take my hat off to them for joining up and I'm sure it will contribute to better understanding on both sides - which can only be a good thing. Welcome if you're reading this! x

A warm welcome from me too. You may get a few jabs from clients about phone calls from Mercers etc but I think you will be a great asset to the forum.

and a welcome from me too. I owe you nothing, but my hubby does. I can truthfully say that we had several letters and only a couple of polite phone calls from Barclays.

Have to say, out of all my creditors, barclaycard have been then only ones so far who have LISTENED when they first started calling me to discuss why I stopped paying, and have put a comnplete hold on calls while my IVA is being put together, I take it they are working with my IP and leaving me alone which is comforting, I wish the same could be said about HSBC, Cahoot, Santander, Capital One, MBNA, Egg....
