IVA creditors meeting is set for the end of the month.
I have received more letters from creditors this morning and when I rang them they advised me they do not hold the account any more and it has been passed to 'Blair Oliver and Scott'. Called them to update them and they know nothing about it....
Any suggestions please. Should I just sit tight until the meeting....?

Hi,
Don't worry about it. The are part of Bank of Scotland group and this is why the debt has been passed on to them. The call centre probably won't know anything about it, the people who matter will.
Just sit tight. You could phone your IP and just mention the letter to them.

All the best for the end of the month with your meeting, hope it works out well for you.
I would personally do as Jan suggests and sit tight until the meeting it's not long now. x

I agree, it will all come out right. the people on the end of the phone or who send letters out haven't a clue about the IVA, until the meeting and the powers that be pass down the information it will all still be on the system. we are 5 weeks into our IVA and still getting occasional calls...though I've just clicked that I don't know why this particular company would still ring esp as we have had written confirmation of being in the IVA Might answer the next one to see who it is. LOL

Would be interesting to see who it is Karin! You could take great delight in informing them of your IVA!
