finish my iva on tuesday. if i was asked the question, have i ever been bankrupt?should i answer no

Hi James
If it was an IVA then the answer is No, I have never been Bankrupt however if the question is have you ever been insolvent then the answer is yes, hope this helps. Is there a particular form you are filling in?

Congratulations James, it must be a wonderful feeling!
The others are right, if you are asked if you have ever been bankrupt you can honestly answer no, but if the question relates to general insolvency or an arrangement with your creditors you would have to say yes.
