Hi
Following on from a post last month, do we know if the changes to Income Payment Agreements /Orders have now taken place?

After reading the posts on the BR forum is does look as though the changes have taken place, but it's too early to have any feedback from anyone affected.

I don't know to be honest. Hopefully one of the professional experts will post on here on the BR forum when they know more.

The changes have been implemented with effect from 1 December 2010, but I gather it is not planned to make a formal announcement. Insolvency Service staff have been briefed and advised to act accordingly.
