natwest have just sent me a new card even though i have told them numerous times i am in a IVA
then they voted yes also how good are they
Its a nice looking card though ,imagine the money they could save by getting themselves in order then they would not need to charge late payment charges which puts most people under pressure any way

i have just checked my account is still open as well

debit cards are ok to have when in a IVA - it's CREDIT cards you can't have

I have a Barclays account with a debit card and they were one of my creditors.
