Just had a call so say that we have had our full and final IVA accepted at 24p in the pound,we are selling our property to fund this and have now got 12 months to sell which is a massive weight off both our minds!

Would like to say a big thank you to mccambridge and duffy and to Micheal and all those involved for assisting with this when other's said we should go bankrupt-just goes to show it is best to try a couple of firms and not just one-and dont give up!
I know that we are still not debt free,but it is another step closer
