Hi I'm currently in an IVA and weighing up my options of bankruptcy due to quality of life and reduced wages ...I was wondering if anybody has had positive or negative dealings with bankruptcy365, who I found on the bankruptcy forum ... . I wanted some impartial advice on bankruptcy and John did sound very knowledgable ...anyone else had any good experiences , bad experiences ?

I don't personally visit the bankruptcy forum but I think some of our posters do so we'll keep this bumped up for you and hopefully someone will be along very soon. x

You can do bankruptcy yourself with advice from us and the sister forum, you do not need to pay anyone to assist you.

I agree with Jan, you will get plenty of advice from both forums.
